RETURN POLICY


You have the right to cancel your order or return the merchandise (the “Merchandise”) your purchased on our website without any reason, provided that such request must be made within thirty (30) days from the date you receive the Merchandise.

 

How to return

To return the Merchandise, please reach out to service.ph@esprit.com and please set out in your email your order number, the Merchandise you decide to return and the reason for such return. We will deal with your return request promptly once we receive your return email.

If any Merchandise you purchased is damaged or faulty when delivered to you or has developed a fault, you may have one or more legal remedies available to you, depending on when you make us aware of the problem, in accordance with your legal rights. In such case, you should inform our customer service as soon as possible in writing.

Conditions of return

•       The Merchandise must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective or other materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), as well as with the original box / container, including all accessories and documents.

•       All returns could be subject to strict quality control to ensure that the returned Merchandise satisfies these requirements. If the Merchandise does not meet such standards, the return could be refused, and the Merchandise will be returned to you (at your own cost) or you will be liable for the Merchandise devaluation.

Exclusion of refund

•       Merchandise which was made to your specifications or which is clearly personalized;

•       Fragrances or sealed goods (such as DVDs or audio devices or goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly), if any being sold on our website; or

•       Other merchandise which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they were sealed and become unsealed after delivery.

Please also note that you may process returns online only for purchases made on our website. You cannot return Merchandise purchased on our website at our physical stores, and vice versa.

 

Refund

•       Upon receipt of the returned Merchandise and confirmation that it has been returned in accordance with the applicable requirements, you will be reimbursed for the actual paid price of the returned Merchandise and such other fees, if applicable, pursuant to Global-e’s Terms of Sale. Any return of non-defective Merchandise (i) within seven (7) days from the date of your receipt of the Merchandise will be free of any charge; or (ii) after the seventh day from date of your receipt of the Merchandise will be subject to a shipping and handling fee of PHP250 per refund.

•       However, any initial delivery costs paid by you in connection with your purchase and any delivery costs and clearance costs incurred by you when returning Merchandise (collectively referred to as “Delivery and Clearance Costs”) may not be eligible for reimbursement or refund other than (i) the return of Merchandise within seven (7) days from the date of your receipt of the Merchandise; and (ii) in the event of defective Merchandise, where you will be reimbursed for the Delivery and Clearance Costs for returning Merchandise.

•       Only the buyer will be entitled to receive a refund of the purchase price. In no event will a person who has received the Merchandise as a gift be entitled to receive a refund. If you are a gift recipient and wish to return the Merchandise, please contact our customer service to discuss your options.

Please note this returns policy is in addition to, and does not affect, the separate legal right of cancellation or return which is available under applicable specifically prevailing consumer law.
